Amp Problem/Solution

If I recall correctly, recently Captain Kid and I were having problems with our amps. Not to go into specifics but both have tube components and we were worried about a tube going microphonic. I did a little research and found this:

I thought it was a pretty interesting read, I've switched to a JJ Tesla and it sounds awesome, not to mention it solved my problem (thanks Wade!)

Cool reading, thanks for the link. Those are some really good explanations of some of the basics of tube amps. You should post it again over in the newbie section, it could save someone considering buying their first tube amp a lot of frustration.
