STOP!!!
Don't make a guitar amp out of that Hammond amplifier, at least not until you know what Hammond organ it came out of. Let me explain:
For the purpose of power amps, Hammonds can be devided into three catagories: Console/tube organs (the B's being the best known, but there are also A's, C's and others,) spinet/tubes, which are most easily distinguishable from consoles by having 12 pedals instead of 25, and solid-state organs. The SS are less than worthless- if you end up with one of them, it will be almost impossible to get rid of it unless you just trash the thing, and there are few parts worth salvaging (speakers will have ceramic magnets, so they are not trash, but not vintage, either,) so forget the ss/transistor tone generating Hammonds.
But the tube organs are often different. I, for one, am in need of a Hammond tube power amp to rebuild a Leslie speaker, and might be willing to buy you a guitar amp in trade for that amp, or perhaps just buy it outright. Please PM me with more info, and let's talk. There is a possibility that you are committing a mortal sin (at least in the eyes of Hammond cognescenti.)
