Alvarez model 2532

I have a alvarez model # 2532. It's a thin body all maple acoustic I've had since 1992. I paid $325.00 for it new but recently a high end guitar shop said they would pay $400.00 cash for it. It's in mint condition and plays like an electric. It's sounds wonderful with silk & steel 13's on it (tuned down to D). What I'm wondering is if they would pay $400.00 cash for it does anyone have any idea it's true value?
