'Altai' Analog Delay Effects Unit

I've had this unit for sometime but I cant seem to find any information about it on the internet.
Does anyone know the background of Altai? 80's?
What would it's value be? It can generate some top sounds thats for sure.

Machine at the rear of the pic could be a different version (top-mounted knobs, instead of front, like yours) of the same machine. You might want to email him and ask him if he has any info on it.
