Sounds like you recorded way too hot. Don't let the signal clip when you're recording (when the meters go into the red).
Starts off sounding good, then when the other guitar comes in it starts to sound messy.
I also hear a lot plosives in the vocals (at the start of the song when the singer says "may be". Notice how it happens on words with a "p" or "b" in them. Try using a pop filter on the mic or get one if you don't have one.
Drums sound "thin" to me. I'm no expert at drums though. How were they recorded? It also sounds like there's not a lot of separation in the drums, they sound too close to the center. It'd help if you could pan some of them to the left/right and keep the bass/kick in the center.
It needs work but it's not sounding TOO bad to me.
