hi, i'm new to this board, so if this was asked before i apologize.

anyway, i recently bought this board on ebay, and i noticed something kinda misleading it says its a 16 channel board, but why does it only have 8 outputs? the manual says you can use an XLR - 1/4" jack adapter to use 9-16, but even if you do, you can't output them. Am i missing something here, or is this board really just 8 in / 8 out? if so, i'm putting it right back up for sale on ebay..

any help would be appreciated,

thanks

anthony

I didn't read up on it too much...just did a quick google search, but its almost looks like its for mixing up to 16 inputs down to 8 tracks. Then you can record and monitor without patching cables.

i had one but sold it to upgrade,
1-8 have direct outs
1-16 have inserts
1-8 xlr inputs
9-16 6.5mm input jack
you could output them through the insert point on 9-16 if needed
