i was just about to ask about the nt5s. you say there good? do you have any song files that i could hear?

I don't have NT5s....I was wondering myself how they sound - I 've read some good reviews of them - but would be interested in hearing some 'real-life' experiences from someone around these parts

I like the fact that they come as a matched pair....

I just got a 603 to try out. Very fine sound on acoustic guitar. Probably gonna have to have another one. I can imagine that it sounds very good on some other stringed instruments as well.

Definitely. I like my Oktava's better because I can change the capsules out and insert a -10 db pad if I need to. Plus there's the option of having different patterns. Besides the added goodies, though, there isn't much difference in their sound.
