I dont know why I pick songs that are a bitch to sing. Especially when you cant sing :). Anyway its a cover of Aerosmiths "Adams Apple". Let me know how the mix sounds. May be too much lows in the mix. Let me know. I like the music, but hate the vocals. Anyone want to put vocals to it. If so record some to this mix and send them to me and I will ditch my screeching. :) Here is the link

Mix is sounding pretty good really...good guitar tone on this, and the bass has good punch to it. Drums seem to fit well also.

I'll give the vocals a shot, but don't hold your breath...:D

Sweet guitar tones really. The cymbals get a bit trebly for me. Cool effect on the vocals, I like it, it fits. Really good guitars. How did you track them? Good lead tone too! The hits just keep coming! Everything comes together really well towards the end. Good stuff bushmaster:)

Thanks for the props. Id love to have someone redo the vocals for me. Send me a PM, and I can either post the track without vocals or you can just send me a vocal track singing along to mine. The guitars (2 Rythm) were a miced Peavey JSX (right channel) and the left channel was the 5150 setting on my Boss GT8 straight into my mixer (eq tweaked a little). The leads were a combo of both also (Eq'd different and wah). The bass was DI'd into my mixer with a little bit of Camel Crusher on it. I was gonna put in the saxaphone tracks, but decided not to. The vocals were double tracked with the main slightly left and a 200ms delay on the right side. Also I applied a slight chorus to the left vocal also. I need to stick with stuff in my vocal range, (which isnt much), but I love that song and could not resist trying.

Yea, do the vocals. PM me

Cool guitars on this. Drums seem a bit clicky or snappy for me. Bass is good. The mix overall is good - even the vocals sit good although they are not your favorite. Should be cool to hear the Dogman's vocals on this....

I tried a new vst eq on the bass and snare. I need to adjust it. They have to much high end. Easy fix. I use Tracktion 3 as my recording/mixing/everything program. It came with tons of plugins and I have been playing with a few, I never tried before.

Redid the mix. May have too much highs now. I think the drums sounds better. Cymbals a little bright.

Very cool cover choice! I think the music sounds great...Im in no position to nit vocals as mine really suck...but I do think the effect on the vocals is a little weird...I know this song is a bitch to sing...my band covers it and our singer really struggles...ripping on the guitar solo, sounds great!

Thanks, I adjusted the vocals a little. I think the doubled track needs to be lowered. I messed with it and screwed it up
