advice on first mix in new studio

I've just finished building a small studio running cubase.
Any advice on this mix (the band are only 12 years old) would be great.

everything but the drums is great. drums sound like they need tuning, id say, but that's all that's wrong. 12???? they're pretty damn good. really moving song too. i like it.
