Im not sure if this should go in this section but here goes anyways...
I have Reason 4.0 with a couple of refills. One of them (that comes with Reason) has some Dr Rex Instrument loops. Thing is that im using reason within Pro Tools.
The main thing i notice is that there are alot of different samples of say a strumming guitar...Some drum beats and other instruments. But they all appear to be in different bpm's. I would love to be able to record a drum beat to Pro tools, and then pick a guitar riff and adjust it to the same bpm as the drums and record that into Pro Tools. Then while in PT i can loop and duplicate and stuff. I really dont want to do it in Reason.
Is there an easy way to do this?

The whole point of REX files is that they will play at whatever speed your host is playing so as long as you are rewired, you dont have to worry about adjusting anything. Beyond that, you could import the rex files into PT (assuming PT supports rex files, I dont know) and time stretch them

Oh thank you. i didnt realize that the bmp could be controlled by PT. No wonder the 130 bmp samples were so slow...Thanks
