Anyone ever see this? One of my channels causes all kinds of noise during playback. Any ideas what may have caused this? Thoughts on what it may cost to repair?
Dom Franco New member Apr 22, 2002 #2 Of course you have tried swapping cables first? 1. Make sure that is just isn't a bad snake cable or input on your board. 2. If you are adventureous, open up the unit and look for signs of smoked components on the output channel circuitry. 3. Does the VU indicate a normal signal during play back? 4. Check for loose wire or broken solder connection at the output jack. 5. As a last resort, you could always take it in to a repair shop. (I'd guess $100.00 minimum) Dom
