Acoustic Ventilation piping

Hi, I'm transforming a double-car garage into a studio (control, live, iso). I'm building inside walls (dead air space), floating floors, bass traps etc. I would like to know if flexhose is a good enough method to prevent most sound from getting out of the building if I curve it a bunch. Is there a better product you would recommend? If so, what kinda places would carry it?
