check the pic out.
is this standard egg-type foam sht or is there a million different degrees of this foam sht also..like pro-foam, garbage-foam, Behringer Ultra-Pro foam.
...just curious.
any info would be appreciated in relate to foam-
i did some really sweet Bass Traps form the gang here.
2qty 8' corner traps and 3 front wall traps using the OC 703.
It was cool and glad to be done with it.
never got to the clouds on the ceiling yet, but have seen some draped ceilings that may help in my room-studio.
what sucks is ain't had the fhkn time to get any tunes done since.
but my stereo playback is sounding better all the time...so this was my self induced indicator...if the pro sht sounds good the room is well on it's way.
still ain't done the foam...but i'll bet it sounds better than dry wall.
i have a bunch a janitor friend of mine rounded up in one day...piles of this stuff from shipping boxes.
its frkn pink...maybe i can bleach it...don't think i want a bunch of fhkn pink sht all over my walls.
This is my first posting here. Hope you don't mind me jumping in...

1. All foams are not the same. Packing foam is usually highly flammable. (Keeps it cheap.)
2. No foam - packing, acoustical, or otherwise - should be exposed to bleach, cleaning solutions, or any other acid or alkalis. These types of chemicals will most likely damage foam. (And might cause some nasty chemical reactions as well...)
