Ok, my favorite most oft used and now most natural feeling shortcuts keys are W(rewind) R, cntrl+z, cntrl+s, and of course T and C.

I use a LOT of cntrlZ trying to let people get parts down, but I always have to scroll back to where I want to punch in or start from. Pressing W takes you all the way back to the beggining, which I rarely really want to do.
To the question:
Is there a shortcut key to delete the recording (cntrlZ) and rewind it to where I just started from without me having to scroll back and find it? I NEED this feature, I hope and pray someone knows houw to do this.
I at least want a shortcut to take me back where I last started from. I can deal with cntrlz and another command, it would be way faster still, but if I could get it in 1 keystroke, that would be awesome.
Anyone?

This is what I do:

If you place markers (hit F11), you can "scroll" back and forth between them with Ctrl + Page Up and Ctrl + Page Down. Does that help?
