Holy Christ on a sofa, I was having a discussion with a Dutch guy who sells vintage microphones and he has a Telefunken U47 in mint condition, with a spare VF14 tube for sale on a Dutch site, kind of an ebay site.

He got an email from a guy who thought he could buy this baby for less than $200 (€ 150).

So he sold it to a studio in the USA that owns 692 microphones, 234 different models and this studio owns 15 Neumann U47's.
