4 track recorder question

Hello,
I am looking for a cheap 4 track recorder (Digital) that has USB or some way to transfer the data into a computer for editing in software. I will be using it for speech work only. I tried the computer interfaces, but they have crackling and are not that easy to use. Any suggestions?
