388 Emergency!!!!

Ok, how much trouble am I in??

One of the RCA cables plugged into the stereo out broke off, leaving the metal prong still inside the hole.

Has this ever happened to anybody else? How could I go about removing a very tiny piece of metal from a very tiny hole?
