In all seriousness (which is rare for me), the only thing that I know of that is rap focused music creation software is the Hip Hop Ejay series, which I believe you can plug a microphone into, and comes with 'slammin' beats.
Or, look at Sonar Home Studio, as well as being a decent MIDI and audio sequencer it has the groovy Acid looping thing going for those 'slammin' beats. It's one of the easier sequencers to use and it's only $149 RRP or $229 for the XL edition (has extra synths and loops - 'slammin' of course).
You could always spend some time downloading demos of things like Reason, Acid, Cubase, Sonar, Vegas, Wavelab, etc, decide which one you like and what is in your price range, and then buy it, but that seems like the rational way of doing it.
It's much easier to just ask at this forum a question along the lines of:
I am a person who has their own individual likes and dislikes, equally I have my own equipment setup which is completely unique - what do you group of strangers who don't know anything about me and whom I'll never meet (but who happen to post to the same bulletin board I seem to have found myself on) think is the best thing for me
