2488 mkII compressor values equivalences question

Hi, I would like to know if anybody knows the equivalences of the values of "ratio", "attack" and "release" of the 2488MKII internal compressor (of the mic effects section), numbered from 0-100, in their respective common values (2:1, 3:1,...etc. for the ratio values, and milliseconds (ms.) for the attack and release values, all of them numbered from 0-100)
