Initial impression - very nice to listen to, I'm enjoyin it.
I think that the little diddy that starts around :32 shouldn't be panned completely to the right. Mix that a little more into both channels, make that sound a little more open!
You should really consider mic'ing your guitar, as I know your taylor produces a beautiful sound. You really want to let it shine! Don't let that pickup of yours hold your sound back. Any microphone could surely give you something you might like a little more than what you have right now, although that may have been the sound you wanted. At least give a microphone a shot.
I really like the bridge in this song. Sounds like a pretty happy song, enjoyed it alot.

Initial impression - good feel, I really like your guitar tone in this song, sounds alot more natural. It sounds like you spent a bit of time on this.
The vibrato synthesizer in the back is working really well.
I'd remove some of the low-mids on the snare when it kicks in. It comes in a little abruptly. Try reducing the volume a little too.
I especially like the part at 2:25, you have good chops my friend.
Overall I like what's going on here. If you could get these recorded with better drum samples, or with that mic'd guitar, i'm sure you'd like it even more.
Your sound, and style really remind me of an artist my parents like to listen to.
