100 dollar Monitors?

For some bizarre reason I thought KJV stood for "King James version" !
Now that that's cleared up......this thread has thrown up an interesting debate point ~ does one arm a newbie with the "correct" info and practices from the get go or does one recognize that often someone is hot to trot and therefore just arm them with enough to be going on with because they're going to learn much as they go on anyway ?

Man I could have asked that question to a hundred people and would have gotten a hundred blank looks of what the heck are you talking about .... good to know that there is still a few of us around.:D and can remember!:laughings:

haha yeah those are my initials.
But anyway from what you guys are saying, Im going with the Sennheiser HD280 then getting some decent monitors when I can.
But now leads to the interface which is another question for another day, I still need to do some research. But if anyone has any recommendations for cheaper interfaces let me know!

Hey Grim,I've been calling LDS ~ LSD since he got here ... thought it was kinda funny.
Have you ever listen to the album *A child's garden of grass* if not look it up ... it's funny.
