10 x 17 space conversion

I have a 10 x 17 space I'd like to convert into two rooms. The rooms must be separate from the surrounding structure with at least a 6 inch gap from the walls. Any takers? I'm in Southern Cali looking for advice and builders. I'll post a pic of the space later tonight.

That space is probably too small to effectively split up but it depends on what you want to do. The best forum for this would be the Studio Construction forum.
