1 guitar to 2 different amps?

You know what...
Ive got a rickenbacker that can have two seperate guitar cords plugged into the guitar itself.
I only use it that way when I want to piss off the neighbors.
I run it through two Peavey Bandit 112's and crank them

So - can anybody think of any reasons NOT to use a dual amp setup???

OR

Any things can could go wrong with a dual-amp setup?

On a side note ... Having two outputs right out of the guitar would be cool!!

Now days with amps that have switchable channels that do pretty well for clean and dirty, most fellas don't loke to lug around the extra amp. Space. I used to like to show up with my guitar and 2x12" combo and go. But for those who like the cleans in a certain amp and dirty in another, it is very beneficial.
