Ok, I have another question: Once I've done everything I want to do in Pro Tools can I then burn a CD in the computer that is raw data only--in WAV format I assume-- (not an audio CD) and upload that back into the VF 160 Ex for ease of use in the final mix? I like the feel of using actual faders...

I saw a previous thread here that stated you could save program data to a CD and then import it to a DAW/PC. Can you do this for a Mac using Pro Tools as well? Sorry for my ignorance of what must by now be ancient history. LB
