Hey,
My friend wants to get a mac with Digi 003. I want to stay to the PC side of things and we work together. Let's say I keep my PC but buy a simplistic digi hardware (like an mbox or so); now, would that be a problem running session files back and forth? Would there be some kind of...

just instrumental so far.
comments/critiques anything would be appreciated!
basically i took the mixdown and just ran it through a maximizer so far..
now my second question is.
is that fully compatible with presonus firepod?
the reason why i'm not staying with 1.5 is because it doesn't support it (like 2.0 does)
in other words
why is it that in adobe audition, you can choose what file to have on your audio folder
and in adobe audition 2, even when you exit out, all the other takes are saved too...
as you can see, track 1 has all takes 2, 3, and 4.
i was just wondering if there was any way...
I have been using adobe audition 2, and many versions of cakewalk's sonar. every time i record something, even if i dont manually save the session/project or the track, the software automatically saves a wav file of that recording in a folder. This eats up my memory. i just found 40 gigs...
since u have audition....i would stay away from their eq...especially the 10, 20, 30 band...
it doesnt really just cut it.
i would suggest something from
http://www.kvraudio.com/
there are a couple of free plugins that u can have
hope that helped.
thanks a bunch
but the delta and this are the same price.
i have the delta 44 now but i need to know if its compatible with other programs other than cubase
what would be better to get:
delta 1010 soundcard
or those new alesis io 26
more info about the alesis can be found here

thanks
hahahah
thanks guys
yeah i focused a lot more on vocals because i was rushing as the band wanted a sample up on myspace
ill make sure to focus more on the instruments
yeah it is ear-piercing especially in a small 11x10 room (especially since there's 2 vocalists...haha)
it's this style here...
i like it overall.
good job man
the only thing that is iffy is the snare....might be too boxy...reminds me of my boxy room :(
ehh what do i know...my ears are shot...
good job though ill be puttin this on my ipod :)
i just finished recording
but i need some good ears cause mine are useless right now.
haha
