    Balanced Outs on the DA-38

    Simple question - Am I "loosing" anything by coming out of my Tascam DA-38 thru the RCA outs? I use an RCA/XLR cable and go into a Soundcraft M board for mixdown. I am using the 25 pin balanced cable going in.

    Audiarts 1200 Comp

    To all: Just bought one of these and I really like it on my trumpet chain (NTK-Grace 101-Audiarts 1200 to Tascam DA38). Is the comp a good unit? or is it just so-so? I can tell you I like it FAR better than the RNC which I thought was "lifeless." Any users of the 1200 out there?
