i would try running the prog in Safe Mode (done from boot menu) If it runs fine i would say its your sound card, and would need to buy an external one (which you should do anyway) I am no expert

Well, my Firepod came Saturday, and it hooked up to my desktop just fine. My laptop has a 4 pin 1394 slot, but the plug is a 6 PIN. I used a PCMIA card with 6 pin, and could not record with it. What's the solution here? A 6-4 pin wire?

+1 to the easy to use-ness. Every problem I have had was in the manual or herre on the forum. Plus im only using LE. What am I missing out on BTW? SHould I go pirate SX3? :D
