Hey guys. My friend listened to this track today and he said its good, But my voice is too deep. Can you guys listen and tell me what you think?
I personally don't think its that deep. But if you could give me your opinions.
Thanks.http://soundcloud.com/iseantimmins/bnik4dkdpbjn
EDIT ...
Whats up :)
Okay, so.. I have a question about this website.
The background of this website is blue. But, as soon as I log in, the background changes to grey. I just want to know why this is? If any of yours is blue then can you tell me how I can change it?
It just looks so much better blue...
I have the exact same one and it is decent. Easy to move about since its a gooseneck
EDIT: I forgot to mention that the screw that tightens it to the mic stand.. it will dig into your stand and mark it.
Thanks dude! :) I really appreciate your help.
I have headphones. I got the ATH M40's. They are brilliant! I love them. I still need monitors and maybe mixers.. Are they a "must" ?
Thanks for everyones replies. I see that this is all going to cost a lot of money. But I ain't gonna need all the mixers. I have thought about it and I'm thinking .. will I need all those mixers ? I only record vocals and sometimes a guitar. Surely.. I don't need all that for vocals? lol.
Here is a very quick sample of me singning. I just wanna know if I sound good? I'm sorry if the duration is a little short.

Dude. You know what I'm talkin about! I think the proper name for it is a reflection filter. They call it a mini vocal booth. Look it up on google images.
Thanks so much for everyones replies! :)
I just wanna ask, is the reflexion screen/acoustic shield, whatever it is called. Is it worth getting? I know it ain't gonna make it sound 'PROFESSIONAL' but will that make a huge difference in the quality of the recording? Cause I see most studio's...
Hey guys. I just bought the ATH M40FS Professional Studio Monitor Headphones for £45 brand new! They retail at £70.
Anyway, I need to know if i have to buy this ?? or is it already included with the headphones?
Hey guys. I have decided that I'm not going to start building a home studio. I'm not good at mixing/mastering. I'm just gonna spend money and go to a proper studio. There's no time wasting and building a good home studio is gonna take time and a lot of money.
EDIT: WOW! GUYS! I'm not quitting...
Hey guys, sorry if I'm asking a lot of questions. I didn't think I needed this much help to start recording lol.
I have a AT2020 mic and I have hardly used it because I haven't been singing full songs. But.. I use my webcam mic when I'm practicing. Basically.. trying to keep my vocals on one...
Don't know if I have the correct pitch? I wanna know if it sounds okay?
