Not my usual genre of music,so I'm probably not to qualified to comment on song, but I do like the ethereal type of vocal on this.. seems like a cool message/subject for the song.

    Looking Back (Gary Moore)

Love your guitar tone! Vocals do have a ZZ Top vibe, maybe a little smoother , less gravelly ;>) . Great jam man, I dig it!

One tin soldier (from The Legend of Billy Jack)

Great cover of this classic...brings back memories 70s radio when I was growing up. I really like your vocal , tone, vibrato...

Thanks for the listen, glad ya dig it! HI TripleM, agree on the bass, its a new bass and I have not changed the strings yet and the set on the bass (P-Bass) where very bright and clangy, have since restung with some roto sound round wound strings and adjusted action a little, plays a lot better...

MY friend wrote some lyrics for me, so I attempted to make a song out of this...used my Martin acoustic primarily on this, solo bit in the middle is a takemine nylon string classical guitar. Bass guitar used was squire classic 70s vibe p-bass. synth sounds where the martin thru a ehx string 9...

    Not much room

Nice guitar! Looks a bit like a Firebird, love the finish. Cool jam, always dig your drum sound, guitar sounds great, I like the lurchy swing you have going . Some little slide bits at the end?

    Taco Night

Clever lyrics ( as always :>) ) . Nice tone on guitars, crunchy with a bit of jangle. Chorus is catchy, bridge is well placed, dig the claps on the ending chorus. If I had to nit, I would say add a bit of low end to the overall sound , but thats personal taste. This is a power pop jam, I really...

"Repeat As Needed" - Psychedelic thing

Thanks Dobro, this is actually going to be a kind of transitional piece between more vocal type songs. I am thinking about adding a little something in the middle , like some spoken word stuff. Hi TripleM! My inspiration for that double drum thing is seeing Genesis live, late 70's....the...

"Repeat As Needed" - Psychedelic thing

Here is a thing Ive been working on recently ...lots of tracks , not sure if they are mixing well...particularly a faux organ track using a ehx c9 pedal, and several string/cello/mellotron tracks at end courtesy of a mel9 pedal. Thoughts/feedback much appreciated...

    "The Church Of Great Expectations"

Collabed with a friend on this, he wrote the lyrics and I did the music, guitar, bass guitar and vocals, drums are from Simon Phillips drum loop collection. 1st vocal song I used my new bass on, Squire classic 70s vibe p bass. That thing really is fun to play, neck is amazing for a bass at that...

    Taters Turnips N Rutabaga

Thanks for the feedback guys...this was a real quickie jam to try out the new bass...I did try to end main riff on , I guess , like the off beat for something weird...here is a different drum track I tried for this...maybe the main riff is more on the beat with this? https://on.soundcloud.com/Y2y7S

    Room mic

Your stuff always maintains my interest ...cool synthy sounds ,interesting panning, and great drums! I thought this sounded cool , drums do sound like they are a bit "roomy" or verby, but I dig the tone and the ring of them. Cool vid!

    Taters Turnips N Rutabaga

Picked up a new bass guitar for recording. Its a Squier Classic vibe 70's P-Bass. I really like it a lot so far, the neck feels and plays really nice, I'm no Bass guitar expert, but this thing seems like a lot of bang for the buck, and I actually preferred it to the Fender player series P-bass...

    God Drinks in the Mountains

I enjoyed this, very patient groove, Amy's vocals really add a nice dynamic to this . Big fan of both yours and Tjarko's guitar playing...guitar solo is great and serves the song so well...another great song, nice job by all involved.

    Hypocritic Oath

Collabed on a song with friend. He wrote the lyrics; I did the rest. Its called "Hypocritic Oath" . Wondering how the mix sounds to fresh ears, thinking guitar solo may be too loud?
