I record music from my adat to my alesis studio 24 to sound forge 4.5, when I play back the stuff I recorded it's sped up. What do I do to get it to the speed it's at on my adat? I'm useing rca ins and outs on my board to a m audiophile 2496 sound card. HELP! Thanks Adam

I'm doing some tracking today and I was thinking about using 2 mics on the dirty guitars so I can have stereo without having the guitarist play the parts twice. Will this sound weird? Could I use 2 different mics or should I go with a stereo pair? Or should I just have him do it twice? Thanks Adam

I've always miked guitar amps 3" from the cone at a 45 degree angle. I've been experimenting with a second "room mic". My results have not been good, but I've heard it can be worth it. Also not sure if I should record the amp at loud levels. Any tips, tricks or experiences. Thanks Adam

I once miced (miked?) a guitar amp with a AKG solid tube and I liked it a lot but we didn't use it for vocals cuz the guy who owned the studio used a neuman u87. Is this a pretty good mic for vocals, and does anyone know if it has a cheaper equivalent. (the AKG, not the u87) Thanks Adam
