This looks sweet to me. Anybody have any thoughts on this? Any RED FLAGS pop up when you see this? I'd appreciate your feedback becuz I'm no expert at all...
I read all over the place about people taking 2 tubes out of their 100 watt amp to make it a 50 watt. Is this really safe? I don't wanna screw up my amp.
Why don't eggs taste like chicken? They are MADE out of chickens for christ sake.
And secondly, most things in this world 'taste like chicken', so you'd figure the eggs would taste like it.
Would a Seymour Duncan JB sound decent for punk rock if put into the bridge of my Les Paul Studio? I'm looking for something different than my Alnico II Pro.
I need a new Marshall Cabinet. I'm using a Plexi Reiussue.
I think that's what I'm using. It says Superlead on the back but everybody tells me I have a Plexi.
Me saw some strings just the other day. Ernie Ball had something called Reinforced or some shit like that. Supposedly they were less likely to break at the bridge.
What's the story with these? What is the downside?
Do Fender Twins distort when you crank them loud enough? Or will I always need a distortion pedal for that? If they don't distort, I not worry. The Rat is where it's at.
I just got my guitar set-up about two weeks ago. Everything seems cool, it plays nicer, etc.
But now my A string keeps breaking around the bridge. More than usual.
What could be causing this?
I was talking to some dude about how I have to CRANK my Marshall to get the really cool distortion.
He told me you could get tubes that 'break up sooner' so you don't have to turn it as loud. Is this true??
BTW it was a drummer who told me this....
My G String keeps going out of tune after I play my leads. I've stretched my strings plenty... I don't understand how it could be slipping.
I have a Les Paul Studio with the original tuning keys.
