Well, I record acoustic as well and have various mics and various preamps. So I just have the wires all preconfigured so I don't have to keep messing with cables. So though I only do 2 channels at a time, I tend to have wires set up for 4 mics. thanks, brian

I picked one of these bad boys up fpr $650. Best money I ever spent. Now when I mix in cubase, the host CPU is quite low, as all the power hungry stuff (reverb, compression) go to the UAD-1. Just wondering what others think of this great card.
