i cant sing consistently! i think my range is being affected by the way i feel before i sing, for example when i feel happy or excited i can sing very high but my voice drops down when im upset or self-conscious am i just weird or does this happen to anybody else?

i have problem with melodies most of the times as i get stuck on one... so if i make a chorus, its hard for me to make a verse that matches the chorus but different enough to make it build up to the chorus... same goes for prechoruses, bridges and intros... any pointers people here care to share?

could someone give me some advice, i tend to get excited the first time i write a song then, the next day when i try to continue it, im kinda disappointed of the output and kinda lose interest does this happen to you as well? how should i go about this problem?
