I have had this EQ for a few months. I really like the EQ, I like how you can add it to tracks and then get a nice overview of all of the tracks and look where you are getting frequency conflicts. Nice tool, not cheap, but seems worth the money.

The problem that I noticed, I was tracking bass, and I play with a pick and was using that fast attack. There was this delay that was horrible. I have my latency set (TASCAM driver) set to low. Switched to very low, nothing. I turned off the Pro-Q and the latency was gone. Maybe I have to use it only for mixing and use delay compensation to cure the problem, but it didn't seem to have that issue before.

Anyone else have this plugin and experience the same issue? I've looked it up and have read other's experience with this, but didn't find a cure. If you know a solution, I would be grateful for that information.

I have that plugin, but I guess I'd never imagined someone using it live. Are you recording the output of the plugin or not? If not, just do it after the fact. Anyway, it seems like the kind of effect one wouldn't want to be stuck with if it's not quite right.

I think you're right. Most of my plugins are effects so I use them live. But in this case, it really is a mixing focused plugin and not needed live. I just never noticed it before (it could be I didn't use it live) and was curious.

I like it and will keep using it, just have a better understanding of its limitations. Thanks for the quick reply.
