he virtually terrorized them
Nope.
Garland's FBI goons used terrorism laws to intimidate concerned parents at school board meetings.
It was revealed in a congressional investigation.
I thought everybody knew this already.

On Oct. 21, 2021, Garland told a Congressional hearing, “I can’t imagine any circumstance in which the Patriot Act would be used in the circumstances of parents complaining about their children, nor can I imagine a circumstance where they would be labeled as domestic terrorism.”

But whistleblowers told GOP members of the House Judiciary Committee that that’s exactly what Garland did. Indeed, the witnesses say, “dozens” of people were investigated using the Patriot Act counterterrorism tools at the FBI’s disposal.

The FBI is a terrorist organization imho, where parents are supposed to put up with their kids being sexualized, or else.
I see that doesn't bother you at all.
Hell, maybe you actually like the idea.
I don't know. You leave that open as a possibility.
As for myself, I think people should go to jail for owning and producing kiddie porn, and protecting others that do it.

Well are you now in recession or what?
Well it’s complicated. We’re going into the second quarter of negative GDP growth, which used to be the marker for a recession.

But luckily, just as they’ve changed definitions of so many things, definition of a man , woman, etc, etc.

They changed the definition of recession at the last minute. I’m glad. I was getting worried.
So no, we’re not going into a recession.

That’s what Joe told us.
Prices are going up like crazy and normal people can’t afford shit, but we’re all good.

Newspeak, and the memory hole is going to save us all. (y)

The US is in a recession. I don't think that applies to Ireland. Where you live. Two separate economies.
Does that make you feel happy EZ? Perhaps you should read the posts instead of just seeing my name and having a panic attack. Then maybe just once you may get something right. But I doubt it because from your last posts you just prove you really are too stupid.:-)

Geez, did I hurt your feelings? It's going to be ok, Ed. Even over there in Ireland where you live.

Here's what I guess Laidback didn't say about Garland that I found to be totally whack...second sentence where he never said Garland was "at" a school board meeting......he virtually terrorized them

School boards are local. I mean, they're all chained in with the teacher's union, and the national school board association, but they are local. The reality of the matter is, the best opportunity or realistic expectations of citizens to hold elected officials accountable is locally. School board members are (most often) elected. With the mask mandates in schools, schools adopting critical race theory which among other things is divisive and emphasizes a hierarchy based on the color of one's skin, and the whole transgender madness, many parents were becoming more involved in attending school board meetings to voice concerns and opposition. If you've seen any of the videos, school boards and members were quite dismissive of parents concerns, at times canceling meetings unannounced(which is against charters, or whatever the correct term), cutting meetings short, or even cutting the mic of parents expressing thoughts on their own children's education. At times they were using local law enforcement to remove parents. Which is fine, I suppose, local law enforcement can at least and to some degree be held accountable.

The national school board association sent a letter to the White House requesting involvement. Federal involvement, saying, "America’s public schools and its education leaders are under an immediate threat”, and suggested that “as these acts of malice, violence, and threats against public school officials have increased, the classification of these heinous actions could be the equivalent to a form of domestic terrorism and hate crimes”. The letter also requested to examine appropriate enforceable actions” under a raft of legislation such as the post-9/11 Patriot Act.

Wow, huh?

Attorney General Merrick Garland denies that he ever spoke to the White House about the school board association letter, but offers he is sure someone from the white house spoke with the justice department. The justice dept Garland just happens to fucking head, appointed by Biden. “I am sure — at least, I certainly would believe that the White House communicated its concerns about the letter to the Justice Department.”, he said. Yeah, mm hm. Of course the letter at the time was not known to the general public.

As it would happen, by pure fucking coincidence, a couple few weeks later Garland publicly released a memo, a shot over the bow to disgruntled parents, one might say. The federal gov't would "coordinate and partner" with localities to handle the problem of "a disturbing spike in harrassment, intimidation, and threats of violence" from parents. Because, as we are well aware, elected officials such as school board members, when they toe a certain political and ideological line they should never be harrassed or intimidated. The memo goes on to say The Justice Dept and the FBI will partner with localities to "discourage, identify, and prosecute".

So, did merrick terrorize parents? I guess that judgement is left to the individual, including parents the FBI may have contacted. But I would think threats of prosecution might damn well "discourage" some parents from confronting school boards with concerns over the education of their children.

Oh Shit! I stepped in the shit again...guess that's why they call it shit.... Taste! :laughings: :P:P:spank:

I shared that on my FB page. Tru words, even from a guy on TikTok...

One has to wonder who thinks they are the lion, the ass, or the tiger. I bet that would be quite different from Jinping or Putin perspective. Now possibly Biden thinks he is the lion as well? Likely not, because he has no desire to make logical sense of any argument. Just control.

Moral of the story: We are all fucked...

And the sad part here, is that those that don't believe this have no clue it actually happened, because the media they watch never reported on it.

It is the same sad thing with my mother. She actually watches 'The View' and CNN/MSNBC. She has no clue about what is going on in the world other than her completely/obviously biased news formats she watches because she hates Trump. It is sad as she is about to fall prey to dementia, and she will be left with that hate in her heart...

That being said, how would we expect anyone who listens to one biased side of media to have a clue as to any reality? They are fed that alternate views are 'conspiracy theories', 'terrorists', and the ever popular 'racists'!

I give them (regular people listening to bullshit - not politicians) a break, because they just don't know what reality is, because they have been fed it by what we all once thought of as 'the news'. Journalism used to actually report on crimes and corruption. Now it is partizan and only supports itself by denigrating the opposing side.
Good job stupid fucks that can't define a woman. You just fucked half of your demographic and they are going to make that clear eventually.

Once this smoke clears that media and the current administration is fucking you in the ass. I respect anyone who is a democrat for their beliefs, but get the fuck off your horse and realize that your party is in-fucking-sane right now! Move back to the side of reason and admit that this shit is insane. You are only making it worse by condoning, or shifting blame. Head out of ass time and get fucking real already. For fuck sake! Stop arguing bullshit for the sake of self ideology, and not taking the time to listen to opposing sides.

Oh, and if any of you actually watched Fox News and listened, it is likely the most unbiased source you can get. There are some hosts that are truly arrogant, and it is also biased media, but not one of them are calling the democratic party a threat to democracy. The mainstream media is the one calling out and dividing this country. Open your eyes to both sides. Its fucking politics, and half of America is disillusioned into thinking the opposing side is actually a threat. It's not. One side is sure trying to divide us all because they like the power it brings them.

Rant over...

Wait, still 35% on this forum poll here think Joe Biden is doing good? How is that even possible with any rational thought as a human?
It is a scary world when hate for the past blinds eyes to the present. Talk about who need to be woke.... Ugh. It is so hard not to lose respect for people that are blinded by hate and the media that throws them into false prophets...
