hey Hmrc! thanks for listening.

that "ET" shot, is actually from a hike i did back in 2012, in the Kokopelli area of southern utah, near moab.

there were some awesome petroglyphs and pictographs, and i thought that one i used in the vid seems a little space man like.

i guess i NEEDED something to set the mood of the lyric, before it actually starts.

i was trying to make a sonic equivalent of the alien craft coming down on top of him, beaming him up, and what he would have heard while all that was happening

hey thanks stratmonkee!
it was a pretty cool arrangement to work with,
getting things to build exactly the way i wanted it to,
took some serious "methodology"

this one, i actually worked out the arrangement on paper,
before i even started writing the music!

i think i'll continue on that path, i've done 5 albums now, working out stuff 'on the fly',
so this is a new approach for me.
