Out with the old, in with the new! Farview Recording is changing its focus, so I'm getting rid of a bunch of stuff. All prices are obo.

Soundcraft Ghost: 32 channel with mute groups. Summings busses and some channels upgraded and modified by Creation Audio Labs. It comes with a custom Argosy console housing with producer desk and patchbay. Asking $2000 for the whole thing. Local pickup only

Motu 24io mk3, 2408 mk2, pci424 card: The 2408 was modded by Black Lion, but some of the lights act a little goofy. It doesn't affect how it works or sounds, the display is just acting strange. The 24 io is in perfect working order as is the pci 424 card. Asking $800 for the whole thing.

Urei 813c pair: These things are huge and heavy, but in perfect working order. Asking $1500. Local pickup only

Lexicon PCM 80 with dual FX card: asking $600

I also have two DBX 1066's that I'm asking $200 each.

Anything that can be shipped I will ship for actual shipping cost.

Pictures of everything mentioned can be found on my website Chicago Recording Studio - Farview Recording

Dropping the price on the Ghost to $1000. This still includes the Argosy console housing and patchbays.

Dropping the price on the Urei's to $1000.

The compressors have been sold.

Holy crap, I wish I had a grand to spend on that Ghost and desk! I'm even close enough to pick it up!

Story of my life.

I'd be tempted to go for a second pcm80, but being realistic, can't go there.. :D

I'm taking offers on the Soundcraft and the Urei's. I would like to get these things to a new home as soon as possible.

Thinking about it, I would even trade the board or the speakers for a Gibson Explorer or an American made Jackson Kelly. I have no problem trading big stuff I don't need anymore for smaller stuff that I could use.

I have a guy driving up from memphis to pick it up next week. If he flakes out...

Shipping the board wouldnt be a big deal, but the Argosy desk that it is in would be a big problem.

Don't need the desk, just the board. Email me if he flakes... pm sent.

are the UREI still available and what shape are they...? original parts..? recones, etc? What other US guitars might you be interested in?

The Urei's are in good working order. they were reconed in the late '90s and I just refoamed one of the woofers a few weeks ago. I love these things, but I won't have the space in the next studio. I've been powering them with a Hafler amp and they can be devastatingly loud. Great for when guitar players are tracking in the control room.
