Henry, do you have an example of what reverse gated reverb sounds like or how it is used?

Yeah, Sam.
It's found in the song *Strawberry Fields* on I believe the high hat towards the end of the verses.
Or at least that's how that effect sounds.
 
On one of my older bands albums, yes I play and sing as well LOL, I used reverse reverb on my vocal. It the only time I have ever used it for vocal and it works great for this particular song. Unfortunately this track is not up on the net.

Found an MP3 on the computer and posted it up, link, note that the main vocal with the reverse reverb does not come in until 2.12, you will love the intro but.
