I have thought of making my own mead, but I've never made wine before.

New to the forum, I've been using DP for years. My college offered a MIDI course and they used DP4 if I remember correctly. I recently upgraded to DP8. I use it more for MIDI recording than anything else, however its audio capabilities seem just as good as any other DAW out there.
