Is a mic preamp worth it?

There is no merit to background noise? I though somebody was having trouble hearing the different decay room to room.

I misunderstood then.

As I said earlier...you tend to speak in half-sentences. I'm sure you understand what you are saying....but you might want to try adding a little more detail and complete thoughts to your posts....otherwise some of your posts are confusing, and maybe why you're getting flack.
 
Maybe english isn't his native language. Maybe he's in slovakia or something.
 
Why are you not able to understand? Im typing/Texting on a phone for some of this. It doesn't type the letter sometimes when pressed. The phone isn't a keyboard, just a flat screen with areas to represent keys. It is not perect interface like keyboard.

It's not a question of typos....sometimes the thoughts you express in a post seem random/disconnected...as though you leave half of your thoughts out of the post.

I"m sure it's tedious doing it on a phone....but if you are going to have involved conversations, try to be more clear/complete in what you are saying.
Maybe wait until you are at a computer keyboard instead of the phone..

Again , 2 pages of crap. Because I brought up "it is hard to hear with background noise". Guys disagreed, too.

they're no longer talking about preamps as they've become curious about who you are since you don't seem to know anything about recording.
