Scratch Track = Any temporary track that will be thrown away and replaced later with a better version.
Vocal Comping = Record the same vocal track several times, then cut and paste the best parts to build a single "mistake free" track.
Heavy Autotune = Already been done a billion times. Not cool anymore. Please don't do it.

Dinero?=Typical musicians who show up late, and always have an excuse as to where their cash is.
Warm=A bad way to say good tone, usually from people who don't have good tone.
In the Pocket=Finding a groove, relative to the time signature.
You still suck!=Dumbass needs to go home and practice.
These are just off the top of my head, relative to my current, under payed, and uninspired project. I'm sad......lol!

GoBo = Short for "Go Between." A movable free-standing sound absorbing panel, sometimes on wheels.
Punch in = Recording a short area over top of a mistake, on the fly. More specifically, turning on the recorder at the point where the mistake begins and turning off the recorder at the end of the mistake area, creating a seamless fix.

It is kinda like the 'unsuck' button. To bad it don't exist. There is a combination of buttons that can help suck, but in the end, suck is suck, no matter what you throw at it. Sucks........
