a wee tape recorder that would fit, twice, in a shoe box.....thing is, if you let the batteries run well down and placed the litle Mic in the soundhole of an acoustic the playback of the recording would be wonderfully DISTORTED,just like an electric guitar!

oh hello everyone BTW :)

So we went into a **** shop and were spread out looking at the wares ..... mostly magazines, and one of the guys yells ...... "hey Steve ..... this guy looks just like you!"
Sure enough they had an entire issue featuring this guy just plowing all these women and he could have been my twin.
Why did that guy call you Steve ?

Lt Bob is his stage name.

Steve is his p0rn screen name ..... *Steve the saber* or sometimes in his early p0rn career simply known as *Steve the sword*.

LOL

Lt. Bob is my 'net name and it comes from an early video game a friend of mine and I used to really be into.
Like many people I have regretted not choosing more carefully but after 12 years of it, it has simply become my internet name.
But my birthname is Steve and that's the name ya'll momma's used to scream out in ecstasy as I showed them what the fuss about sex was all about!

some of ya'll are probably my chilluns.

:D:D:D

Same here, my gigs are all 9 to 5 but of course the wrong 9 to 5.
nah ...... other people are on the wrong 9-5.
Night time is the right time for everything but sunbathing. It's cooler ...... it's quieter ...... less traffic ......... fundamentalists are usually asleep so they can get up at dawn to go to church ....... women are less discerning .......... good all around.

And for some reason the beer is usually free around those times!

Technically I am actually in this group because the 1967 date was posted in 2002 which would means you have to shift the date to 1976 - but I prefer middle age slacker... Anyway - First real good piece of equipment I got was an Ensoniq EPS sampler! woohoo - that set me back almost $2000 - i have no idea how i came up with $2000 in 1989 - Probably my mom :p - that's like $7,000 in modern dollars! :laughings::laughings::laughings:

Last year I bought an ASR-10 for $400! with Scsi! woohoo

My Mother bought my first Electric guitar with S&H Greenstamps. It took another 14 months to save up enough stamps for the matching amp.

S&H ..... those where the days!

Bet you wished you had that guitar and amp today!

Man we had tons of those stamps but I don't remember ever getting a single thing from them...

Over here, we had "Green shield" stamps. I don't ever recall getting anything from them either. I used to like licking them though.

I remember those - I also remember taking the full books to the redemption store and exchanging them for goodies.

Does that make me older than you?

I also remember going down to the sweet shop on the very last day that the farthing was legal tender and buying a single "Black Jack", I was 9. ;)

For you youngsters, a farthing was a quarter of an old penny - there were 960 farthings in £1 :D
