locking tuners

I mean do you really miss me in the cave that much?

I think locking tuners are excellent and Im entitled to my opinion you big internet bully..and every time you feel the need to post call out threads Ill point out to you exactly how much I love those lil' tuners amongst other things...after all..Im "bringing it on"...hilarious

I have nothing against locking tuners. I have them, I've used them on builds. They wont help you stay in tune any better though.

That is unless you screw your eyes up really tight, cross you fingers and wish it to be so. Then maybe..

You can stick round here as long as you like mate. I just checked with my ego and it couldn't give a fuck.:laughings:
 
I didn't say locking tuners were bad. The Sperzels are nice tuners for example.
But guitars do not go out of tune from strings slipping in the tuners unless you simply haven't put more than one or two windings around the post.
Sorry but that's the facts.

But they do make re-stringing quicker and easier and you do lessen the amount of 'stretching' you have to do to get the string settled.
