Ok i have a question! why wont it let me drag my track specifically where i want it to go. apparently it only lets me put it at a second but wont let me drag where i need it? can anybody help me please!!!!!????

Not sure what you're talking about. Can you be more specific, screenshots maybe? (Be sure to resize your screenshots smaller if you post one.)

One limitation I can think of off the top of my head is if you're trying to move a stereo audio file to a mono track. Or an audio track to a midi channel.
