my built in effect is defective it doesnt work anyore (static, electric noises thru speakers/headphones)

Use Aux Sends/Returns

The Virtulizer L/R Inputs connect to the Aux Send L/R

The Virtulizer L/R Ouputs connect to the Aux Returns L/R

Use the Aux/FX knob on the channel to control the amount of signal you send to the Virtulizer.

If the master Return section doesn't work on your board....you can use two channels for returns.

If you need it in stereo, you'll need to make sure you are using a TRS to TRS cable to the processor and then a TRS Y-cable to return it in stereo to your mixer... I believe.

thanks much for the pix, but u mentioned the TRS Y cable but u didnt show dat cable on the pix right?

on the pix u use 2 TRS to TRS cables what about the 3RD TRS cable for returning ?

The Y cable would be the yellow one, but it would plug into left AND right, not just left/mono.

No there is need for "Y" cables to get stereo.

To the OP:
Just read what I wrote in my last post...make a little effort, it's written in plain English.

Virtualizer Left out to Mixer Aux Return Left In
Virtualizer Right out to Mixer Aux Return Right In

Mixer Aux Send Left out to Virtualizer Left In
Mixer Aux Send Right out to Virtualizer Right In

It's about as simple as I can make it. If you get too use to just looking at pictures without trying to comprehend what the different connections mean...you will never learn.

That's true. I wasn't sure if each of this inputs (1 and 2) were intended to be used with different pieces of gear simultaneously or what.. but that makes perfect sense.
