Loading tape into a teac 80-8?

hi,


i have a teac/tascam 80-8 but no manual. every time i need to re-load tape it is a bit of a guessing game about the proper way to thread the tape through all the heads and such. can anyone send me a picture or instructions of the proper way?

Hey that's cool red tape, Daniel...is that GP9? I know they came on red reels for awhile but I didn't know the tape was red too... :rolleyes::D
 
Hey man, I have an 80-8 too that I am still learning about as well. I love the sound of it. I have an owners manual and service manual with it. The service manual would take a long time to copy, but I could scan you a copy of the owners manual pretty quickly. :) It shows everything you need to know except how to take it apart. It has instructions for calibrating it as well!
