Hi Folks,

It's been several days since Beck invited me over to the forums here and introduced me, and I've not posted much yet, but I've been spending a lot of time on the day job and getting my studio set back up during my off time. I've got everything positioned and I've been getting everything reconnected as time allows.

I'm already shy on sleep for this evening, so I'll try to take some pics of everything I've got set up so far before too long and post them. I'll have to figure out how to word questions that I have as to the complete overall configuration, as some things have not been included; namely the i88x, for those that caught the listing of my gear in Beck's welcoming thread. I may be tapping into the knowledge of folks that have hands on experience (sweetbeats ;)) with the gear that I have.

Sorry for taking so long to post, but busy is busy is busy.... Hopefully it won't take me away from my creative zone for very long.

Speaking from personal experience as one that takes huge wayside journeys, I think you've got the right wariness about drifting from the whole reason to have the gear. :D

Hey, Ani, I'm prepared to help. If you post up questions directed toward me based on what's been discussed already, and I don't get back within a day or so, then PM me as I'll get an email that will flag me to check in okay?

Good luck! Look foreward to pics when you get around to it! ;)

Lots of help here if you need it. Sometimes when life prevents me from creating I come back with a ton of new ideas, of course sometimes I just get pissed off.:D

Exactly! Unfortunately, I forget my ideas before I get time to put them down on tape or CF card (DP-02CF).
