Can anyone ID this Gibson pickup?

This pick up was installed in my old Kay LP copy in the early 80's. My guitar instructor put it in for around $50 bucks. Any one have any info?

Those are not PAF's if that is what you're hoping.With Gibson on cover I'd be thinking 1972

This # simply refers to Lester William's "Combined Bridge and Tailpiece for Stringed Instruments" design patent granted on March 13, 1956. It probably appears on thousands of pickups, but it is actually for Les Paul's "trapeze tailpiece" ( http://www.flyingvintage.com/gcmag/PAF.html ).

Although the pic is not very clear, the right-side of your pickup does appear to have the two "L" shaped toolmarks adjacent the holes (bottom view) for the screws that secure the pickup onto the guitar
