Spatializer

I'm looking into buying a spatializer, so I've been browsing around for info.

I try to avoid Behringer normaly, but their Edison Spatializer gets a lot of praise. To the point where someone's talking about choosing it over his Neve unit in certain set ups.

But how about that Ultraflex unit they made, is that basicly the some unit with extras?

Anyone?
 
I have been interested in the Edison as well, just because it is stupid cheap. I see them go for around $65.00 rather regularly. I know nothing about the Ultraflex as I usually stay away from most things Behringer like the plague, but I have to admit, the Edison has me talking to myself.
