my drum isolation wall

Drum bleed is very hard to get rid of, and a couple panels of mineral wool won't really help much. If they were floor to ceiling and airtight, it would probably work, but I realize this probably isn't feasible. My system was designed to make the sound going in to the drum mics sound better, not reduce bleed. You will just have to experiment with mic placement and room configurations. You probably won't be able to avoid all bleed, but using a dynamic mic for vocals would certainly help you out there. Putting broadband absorption on the walls will certainly help the overall sound of the room though.

i wish i had access like that all the time...

i'd be a building fool :)

I have to admit, I wasn't even looking for this but on my recent trip to "Habitat for Humanity" surplus store, I ran into this great deal. 6- 3'X5' and 1 2'X5' panels with hardware. Panels have 1.5" rigid fiberglass covered with Fabric. all for $65.00...........
